Marketing Co-Chair (Event PR)

DESCRIPTION

Friends Junior Committee (FJC) is one of the Community Friends volunteer groups of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. We are a group of young professionals that support Children's Healthcare of Atlanta through fundraising, volunteer service and social networking.

The Marketing Co-Chair (Event PR) would:

•  Lead the Marketing Committee with the other Marketing Co-Chair.
• Schedule and run monthly meetings for the Marketing Committee
• Work with second Marketing Co-Chair to coordinate projects such as website updates, drafting letters for corporate sponsorship campaigns, etc.
• Work with the Party Atlanta and Cheers for Children Chair to market FJC’s two big signature events
• Help streamline HTML newsletter
•  Manage vice-chairs to meet FJC initiatives
• Become a member of FJC (Minimal: $35 basic annual membership)
• Sit on Friends Junior Committee (FJC) executive board 
•  Attend at least 80% of board meetings and socials
• Attend and support key fundraisers- Party Atlanta & Cheers for Children

Ability to commit for 2 years.
