Uniqueness
Friends Junior Committee (FJC) is one of over thirty community Friends groups in Atlanta that support Children’s through volunteer service, fundraising and advocacy. Friends is the umbrella volunteer organization of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta but FJC differentiates itself from the other groups in the following ways:
- Fjc is the only Friends group that is dedicated to and comprised of young professionals in their 20's and 30's.
- FJC offers the widest variety of activities and ways to get involved to support its mission.
- FJC attracts members from the entire Atlanta area rather than a specific neighborhood.
- FJC maintains its own website and operates independently to sustain and grow its organization.
